Wrong size, old address, one too many? With Amendora, customers change it themselves after checkout – before anything ships. You get fewer emails and no recreated orders.
Try it: change a size or quantity.
Amendora works with Shopify’s own order editing, payments and refunds – nothing to migrate.
Pick the time limit and which changes customers may make. Defaults are ready the moment you install.
The order email and the thank-you page link to a secure change page on your own domain, in your theme.
Shopify edits the same order, collects any difference or refunds it, and fulfillment is released when the time is up.
Every plan includes every feature. You only choose how many changed orders you need.
Customers fix the address, size, colour or quantity themselves, from a secure link in their confirmation email. No login, no ticket.
Fulfillment is held while the order can still change. When the time is up, the hold lifts by itself.
Customers see the new total before they confirm. Extra costs get a Shopify payment link; less means a refund.
Review every refund in one list, or switch on automatic refunds once you trust it.
Amendora uses Shopify’s own order editing. The order number stays, and Shopify’s timeline records each change.
Choose the time limit and exactly which changes are allowed: address, contact, quantity, swaps, removing items or cancelling.
The customer page and emails speak English, German, French, Spanish, Italian and Dutch.
Each link is signed, only opens that one order and expires with your time limit.
Start free with 20 changed orders. Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial.

If the new total is higher, the customer gets Shopify’s secure payment link for the difference. If it is lower, you review the refund – or let Amendora refund automatically.
